Return & Exchange Policy

 

IN-STORE AND ONLINE REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges of merchandise purchased in a Suitshark retail store, and returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased on our website (www.suitshark.ca), will be accepted at any Suitshark location across Canada.

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange only within 30 days of purchase.

Online purchases are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

Exclusions:

The following items and services are excluded and will not be accepted for refund or exchange, regardless of whether they were purchased in-store or online:

  • Items that are worn, altered, washed, or have the tags removed

  • Shipping fees

  • In-store Gift Cards

  • Online E-Gift Cards

  • Final Sale / Clearance Items

 

IN-STORE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Items being returned for exchange or refund must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Refunds and exchanges will be made to the original credit card or method of payment used for the purchase.

Returns and exchanges without an original sales receipt will be refunded to a Suitshark Gift Card at the lowest sale price at the Store Manager’s discretion.

We reserve the right to ask for valid identification for any non-receipt returns for security purposes.

If you purchased an item in a retail store, it cannot be returned via our online process. Please visit your nearest Suitshark store location.

 

IN-STORE PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase when the original sales receipt is presented.

Bring in your item and receipt and the Store Associate will process a credit to the original method of payment.

Price adjustment requests without a sales receipt will not be honoured. Credit card and bank statements are not valid proof of purchase.

 

ONLINE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PROCESS

Currently, we are unable to process exchanges online. We can process refunds for items in need of exchange and assist you in placing a new order to replace the item at the original price paid.

If you are returning or exchanging an online purchase in-store, you must bring a copy of your emailed sales receipt showing the purchase price and any discounts applied. If you no longer have your receipt, one can be re-sent by contacting our Ecommerce Support Team.

Returns and exchanges without a valid receipt will be refunded to a Suitshark Gift Card at the lowest sale price and at the Manager’s discretion.

Any packing slip included with your shipment is not a sales receipt and cannot be used for returns or exchanges.
