1. USE OF THE WEBSITE

The suitshark.ca website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by E-lite Commerce Inc. (the “Company”) for your personal, non-commercial use and information. By accessing and browsing the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must not use the Site.

The products and services available through the Site (the “Products”) may only be ordered by residents of Canada. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to the Site and its content is legal in the jurisdiction where you reside.

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you:

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices of our Products are accurate. However, errors may occur. Colours may vary due to monitor differences, and availability is subject to change without notice.

7. ORDERS & PRICING

  • All orders placed through the Site constitute an offer to purchase Products.

  • Orders are not binding until confirmed by Suitshark via email.

  • All prices are in Canadian dollars.

  • Suitshark reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel any orders affected.

8. PAYMENT TERMS

Payment must be made by credit card or another pre-approved method. All transactions are subject to verification and approval by your financial institution.

9. SHIPPING & TAXES

Orders are shipped in accordance with Suitshark’s Shipping Policy. Applicable taxes and shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery of the Product to the shipping carrier.

10. RETURNS

All returns are subject to Suitshark’s Return Policy. Certain restrictions apply.

11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Suitshark makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the Site, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Suitshark may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time without notice.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Suitshark regarding the use of the Site.
