HOW TO QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $99 shipped within Canada.
The $99 threshold applies to merchandise only. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees do not count toward the minimum purchase requirement.
The order total must be $99 after discounts are applied.
A flat shipping fee of $8 is applied to all orders under $99.
Free shipping is not available for addresses in Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories.
From time to time, we run free shipping promotions on all orders — sign up for our Suitshark Newsletter to stay updated!
Note: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped and delivered in separate packages.
SHIPPING POLICY
Credit card verification and authorization must be completed before processing any order.
We do not offer C.O.D (Cash on Delivery) service.
Our selected Canadian couriers deliver on business days only (excluding holidays).
All orders are shipped in protective poly mailers or corrugated boxes.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Suitshark is not responsible for courier delays or delays caused by your local post office or third-party carriers. While we will assist with any delivery concerns, compensation cannot be offered for issues beyond our control.

PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed 7 days a week, but during peak seasons, processing may take up to 72 hours.
Orders placed after Friday at 9:00 A.M. ET will be picked up by the courier on the next business day (excluding holidays).
Tracking information may take several days to update depending on the courier.
For Canada Post P.O. Box deliveries, please allow an additional 5–7 business days. Be sure to include “P.O. Box” and your box number in your address to avoid delays.
Estimated delivery times do not include processing time and are not guaranteed. Please follow your tracking link for the most accurate updates.
SHIPPING PARTNERS
To deliver your orders efficiently across Canada, we use Canada Post and UPS.
The courier is selected based on destination and shipping volume.
If you have a courier preference, please email support@suitshark.ca with your order number immediately after placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, although we cannot guarantee it.
